This beautiful Andamooka opal has lovely characteristic patches of green and turquoise blue colour. It’s set on a gold-plated bail. It comes with a complimentary gold-plated stainless steel chain.
Andamooka opal comes from Andamooka Station, South Australia. It was first discovered in 1930 and the two men who discovered it tried to keep it a secret but it didn’t work and there were a rush of miners soon after.
