Shipping costs within Australia

Purchases will be posted within 4 days of receipt of payment, with the exception of ‘made to order’ items (noted in the item description), in which case they will be posted within 4 days of both receipt of payment and made-to-order completion. Once posted, we will not be responsible for the transit duration. It is up to the customer to choose the most suitable postage type for their needs (eg. Express, Signature On Delivery, etc).

If tracking shows that the package has been delivered to the correct address, we will not be responsible for missing packages. At the customer’s request, we may lodge an enquiry with the postal service/courier to launch an investigation into the delivery. If the investigation is found to result in a claim, the customer will be reimbursed up to the purchase amount (plus postage) or level of insurance (whichever comes first). It is the customer’s responsibility to purchase additional insurance at the time of purchase, if required (contact us for a quote).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We don’t provide refunds for purchases from our store.

In the event of a breakage, the item may be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost. If the item is found to be faulty, at 1:3’s discretion, a repair will be offered or a store credit will be issued (including the value of postage, providing proof of the value of the postage is provided to us). If the item is found to have been damaged by the customer, whether by accident or deliberately, it will be returned to the customer at their expense and no compensation will be offered. Repairs, if possible, may be offered for an additional cost.
