This lovely wire-wrapped calsilica pendant measures 57x20mm and has the colours of a pretty pond. It is wrapped in antiqued copper wire which is hand-polished to bring out the shine and frame the stone.
Rainbow calsilica is a man-made stone, comprised of calcite, resin and pigments. It comes in beautiful stripes of bright colours and first appeared in 2002 at a gem show where the supplier tried to pass it off as natural stone!
