Fossilised coral is made when coral remains are gradually replaced with agate or quartz. Almost all specimens are found in Indonesia and the United States (Florida and Georgia) and it’s Florida’s state rock. It comes in a wide range of colours, from white and yellow to grey, black, brown, red and pink.
