A exquisite ring of a welo opal and 925 sterling silver filled wire. Opal is the birthstone of October and to celebrate the 14 year wedding anniversary. The word ‘opal’ is believed to have originated from the Sanskrit for ‘jewel’ and later from the Greek word ‘opállios‘ meaning ‘to see a change in colour’.
This ring is handmade in a 925 sterling silver filled wire frame which carefully and securely holds the stone. It is a fixed size of AUS K½/US 5.5.
