Terms and Conditions:
All custom orders require an up-front deposit of 50% of the price, to cover supplies. This deposit will not be refundable if work has commenced in any form, whether it be the purchase of third-party supplies or work on the item itself.
When asking me to wrap a stone that you own, please be aware that stones, natural or created, can have internal flaws that aren’t seen to the eye. If pressure from the normal process of wire-wrapping is applied, it can make the stone crack, chip or split. Before I commence the work, I need your confirmation that you’re happy to accept these risks and release me from liability if this occurs. This is especially important if the stone has sentimental value, because whilst a stone can be replaced, the sentimental value can’t. Of course, I will take reasonable care throughout the process to ensure that the stone is protected to the best of my ability.
If changes to the design are requested after the work has commenced, and it is possible to make those changes (at the discretion of 1:3), a $20 change fee plus materials and labour will be charged in addition to the original quoted price. These additional costs must be agreed to before the changes are commenced.
Please note, depending on the shape and depth of the stone, the design may vary slightly to ensure the stone is securely held in the frame.
